The Howard Lions felled the host River Hill Hawks football team by a score of 34-14 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions face the Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Howard will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 42-20 league loss to Reservoir (Fulton, MD).
The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Reservoir (Fulton, MD). The 'Gators go into the Howard County challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Reservoir toppled Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD), 42-20, in a league challenge.
