The Marion Eagles walloped the visiting Mesick Bulldogs football team by a score of 82-34 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 18. Marion will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Onekama (Onekama, MI). The Portagers enter the West Michigan (8 Man) challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Onekama bounced Brethren (Brethren, MI), 52-18, in a league challenge.
