With the win, MFL MarMac advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA) to play the Falcons in a 1A District 3 battle on Friday, September 20. The Falcons go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Aplington-Parkersburg lost 56-7 in their recent non-league battle against South Hardin (Eldora, IA)

The Chickasaws now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Osage for a 2A District 3 battle on Friday, September 20. New Hampton will play a Green Devils team coming off a 35-6 non-league loss to Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA). The Green Devils record now stands at 1-2.
