Nebraska High School Football - Mullen smashes North Central

September 13, 2024: Bassett, NE 68714

The Mullen Broncos (Mullen, NE) football trounced the host North Central Knights (Bassett, NE), 63-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Broncos now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brady for a D2 District 9 (8 Man) outing on Friday, September 20. Mullen will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 66-18 non-league loss to Bertrand (Bertrand, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, North Central drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE) to clash with the Wolfpack in a D2 District 7 (8 Man) outing on Friday, September 20. The Wolfpack come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Elgin/Pope John won 56-14 in their recent non-league outing against Chambers/Wheeler Central (Chambers, NE)
