Kansas High School Football - West Elk beat Oxford

The West Elk Patriots (Howard, KS) football were winner over the host Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, KS), 52-38 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Patriots now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Udall for a South Central Border (8 Man) outing on Friday, September 20. West Elk will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 60-12 league loss to Sedan (Sedan, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Oxford drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Central (Burden, KS) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Central lost 46-0 in their recent non-league outing against Argonia/Attica (Argonia, KS)
