Michigan High School Football - Reeths-Puffer tops Spring Lake

September 13, 2024: Muskegon, MI 49445

The Reeths-Puffer Rockets football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Spring Lake Lakers to 14 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Union for a Ottawa-Kent - Green test on Friday, September 20. Reeths-Puffer will meet a Red Hawks squad coming off a 49-0 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, MI). The Red Hawks record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, Spring Lake drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI) to meet the Falcons in a Ottawa-Kent - White test on Friday, September 20. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-2. West Catholic lost 41-38 in their recent non-league test against South Christian (Grand Rapids, MI)
