The Rowlett Eagles football squad scored 45 points and limited the visiting South Garland Titans to 14 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Naaman Forest for a 6A Region II District 9 test on Friday, September 20. Rowlett will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 55-35 non-league loss to Princeton (Princeton, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, South Garland drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Titans host Garland (Garland, TX) to meet the Owls in a 6A Region II District 9 test on Friday, September 20. The Owls come into the test with a record of 1-2. Garland lost 41-0 in their recent league test against Sachse (Sachse, TX)
