The Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA) football knocked off the host Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA), 36-21 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Spartans now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Issaquah for a 4A KingCo outing on Friday, September 20. Skyline will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 22-16 non-league loss to Olympia (Olympia, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Tahoma drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bears host Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA) to clash with the Lancers in a 4A North Puget Sound outing on Friday, September 20. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 2-0. Kennedy Catholic won 28-24 in their recent non-league outing against Highline (Burien, WA)
