In Friday's league challenge, the host Open Door Christian Academy Conquerors volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the First Baptist Christian Eagles.

The Conquerors (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against John Paul the Great Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Guardians enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.

Next, the Eagles meet the NELA Christian Homeschool Flame (Monroe, LA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. First Baptist Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Flame enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics (Alexandria, LA).
