In Friday's non-league challenge, the host La Serna Lancers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Los Altos Conquerors.

The Lancers (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Whittier (Whittier, CA). The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Whittier was beaten by Pasadena (Pasadena, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Conquerors meet the Colony Titans (Ontario, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. Los Altos will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Montclair (Montclair, CA).
