Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - North Pocono over Blue Ridge

Fans at Friday's league contest between the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) and the host Blue Ridge Raiders (New Milford, PA), observed North Pocono's volleyball team top Blue Ridge by a count of 3-0.

The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Forest City (Forest City, PA). The Foresters enter the Lackawanna contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Forest City was knocked off by Dunmore (Dunmore, PA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Raiders battle the Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA) in a Lackawanna contest, on Monday, September 16. Blue Ridge will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Elk Lake (Dimock, PA).
