Illinois High School Volleyball - Oak Park-River Forest over Centennial

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL) and the visiting Centennial Chargers (Champaign, IL), observed Oak Park-River Forest's volleyball team top Centennial by a count of 2-0.

The Huskies (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Terre Haute South Vigo notched a victory over Mooresville (Mooresville, IN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Chargers meet the Althoff Catholic Crusaders (Belleville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Centennial will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Christ Our Rock Lutheran (Centralia, IL).
