In Friday's non-league challenge, the host St. James Saints volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Frederick Cadets.
The Saints (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD). The come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Connelly School of the Holy Child beat Oakcrest (McLean, VA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cadets play the Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 16. Frederick will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Tuscarora (Frederick, MD).
