In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pima Roughriders volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Globe Tigers.

The Roughriders (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chandler Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Titans enter the 2A - East challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Chandler Prep was beaten by St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Miami Vandals (Miami, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Globe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Vandals enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ).
