The Morgan Park Mustangs edged the host King Jaguars volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Mustangs face the Agricultural Science Cyclones (Chicago, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 16. Morgan Park will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Cyclones go into the game with a 5-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL).

The Jaguars (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Goode STEM Academy (Chicago, IL). The Knights go into the Chicago Public Green South game with a 0-3 record.
