In Friday's non-league match, the McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) volleyball squad overcame the host Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars (Bridgeport, CT), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Senators battle the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Tuesday, September 17. McMahon will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.

The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their match against New Milford (New Milford, CT). The Green Wave enter the Southwest-Colonial match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, New Milford was outscored by Danbury (Danbury, CT), 3-1, in a non-league match.
