The University Wildcats prevailed the visiting St. Monica Mariners volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a Western game, on Monday, September 16. University will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Dolphins enter the game with a 9-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA).

The Mariners (3-8) will now prepare for their game against St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA). The Belles enter the Camino Real game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, St. Mary's Academy was dropped by Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
