The Great Bridge Wildcats volleyball squad (Chesapeake, VA), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC)

The Cavaliers (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Generals enter the AAAAA Region 2 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Wade Hampton was beaten by Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 17. Great Bridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA).
