In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting North Myrtle Beach Chiefs volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association Stallions.

Next up, the Chiefs face the Fort Dorchester Patriots (North Charleston, SC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. North Myrtle Beach will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Patriots go into the match with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC).

The Stallions (0-2) will now prepare for their match against TEACH Homeschool (Virginia Beach, VA). The Beach Breakers enter the non-league match with a 9-0 record.
