New York High School Football - Woodlands toppled by Haldane

The Woodlands Falcons football team (Hartsdale, NY), dropped 35-12 in Saturday's league bout with the host Haldane Blue Devils (Cold Spring, NY)

With the win, Haldane advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Hastings (Hastings on Hudson, NY) to battle the Yellow Jackets in a Section 1 B/C/D contest on Saturday, September 20. The Yellow Jackets enter the contest with a record of 1-1. Hastings won 42-6 in their recent non-league contest against Rye Neck (Mamaroneck, NY)

Coming up next, the Falcons battle the Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 20. Woodlands will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 48-16 non-league win over Edgemont (Scarsdale, NY).
