St. Joseph Regional Green Knights (Montvale, NJ) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Delbarton Green Wave (Morristown, NJ), 21-13 in a non-league battle.

The Green Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Paladins go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Paramus Catholic lost by Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Green Wave (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ). The Marauders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last test, St. Peter's Prep was defeated by Union City (Union City, NJ), 35-0, in a non-league test.
