The West Milford Highlanders football team scored 24 points and restricted the visiting Pequannock Golden Panthers to 0 in the Highlanders non-league win on Saturday.

In their next game, the Highlanders face the Passaic Valley Hornets (Little Falls, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. West Milford will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ).

The Golden Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
