With the win, Mentor improves its record to 8-0 on the season. The Cardinals host Magnificat (Rocky River, OH) to encounter the Blue Streaks in a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. The Blue Streaks go into the battle with a record of 2-0.

The Titans now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midview for a contest on Thursday, September 18.
