With the win, Crescenta Valley advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Taft (Woodland Hills, CA) to face the Toreadors in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Toreadors go into the test with a record of 7-2. Taft won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)

Next, the Spartans play the Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Sylmar will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 2-0 league win over de Toledo (West Hills, CA).
