The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ayala Bulldogs (Chino Hills, CA) and the host Westminster Lions (Westminster, CA), witnessed Ayala's flag football squad knock off Westminster by a tally of 12-0.
The Bulldogs (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Castaic (Castaic, CA). The Coyotes enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Castaic was outscored by West Ranch (Valencia, CA), 32-0, in a league contest.
Next up, the Lions encounter the Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 13. Westminster will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Pythons go into the bout with a 10-0 record after their 25-0 non-league win over Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA).
