The Capistrano Valley Cougars ran past the host San Juan Hills Stallions flag football squad by a count of 26-16 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars now hold a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Clemente for a test on Tuesday, September 16. Capistrano Valley will meet a Tritons squad coming off a 39-6 league win over Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 7-5.

With the defeat, San Juan Hills drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Stallions host El Toro (Lake Forest, CA) to face the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 10-3. El Toro won 19-13 in their recent non-league challenge against La Habra (La Habra, CA)
