The Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers flag football squad scored 13 points and limited the host Nogales Nobles to 0 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pioneers now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatsworth for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 17. Sun Valley Magnet will meet a Chancellors squad coming off a 50-0 non-league loss to Claremont (Claremont, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, Nogales drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Nobles travel to Garey (Pomona, CA) to meet the Vikings in a Montview test on Monday, September 15. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 7-3. Garey lost 33-19 in their recent league test against Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA)
