The Westerly Bulldogs nipped the host Fitch Falcons soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to South Kingstown for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 15. Westerly will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Rebels record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Fitch moves to 0-2 on the season. The Falcons host Wheeler (North Stonington, CT) to battle the Lions in a non-league contest on Monday, September 15. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 1-0.
