Fans at Saturday's league battle between the Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA) and the visiting Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), saw Saucon Valley's soccer squad triumph over Lehighton by a count of 6-1.

The Panthers (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Palmerton (Palmerton, PA). The Blue Bombers enter the Colonial battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Palmerton was overwhelmed by Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA), 4-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Indians confront the Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 15. Lehighton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
