Ohio High School Soccer - Mapleton knocks off River View

The Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH) soccer overwhelmed the visiting River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH), 4-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Mounties now hold a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mansfield Senior for a non-league contest on Monday, September 15. Mapleton will battle a Tygers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Upper Sandusky (Upper Sandusky, OH). The Tygers record now stands at 0-6.
The Black Bears (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Philo (Duncan Falls, OH). The Electrics enter the Muskingum Valley contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Philo held off Ridgewood (West Lafayette, OH), 6-0, in a non-league contest.
