New York High School Football - Silver Creek tops Maryvale

The Silver Creek Black Knights football team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Maryvale Flyers to 14 in the Black Knights non-league win on Saturday.
In their next game, the Black Knights face the Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 20. Silver Creek will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 20-13 non-league loss to Iroquois (Elma, NY).
With the defeat, Maryvale drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Flyers host Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
