With the triumph, Middletown advances its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Middies travel to Colerain (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 3-4. Colerain won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Taylor (Cleves, OH)
