In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Steele Comets soccer team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Cleveland Heights Tigers.

With the triumph, Steele moves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Elyria (Elyria, OH) to confront the Pioneers in a outing on Wednesday, September 17. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 0-4.
