With the triumph, Oakwood moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Lumberjacks travel to Milton-Union (West Milton, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Thunderbolts play the Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 16. Northmont will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 9-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH).
