Florida High School Volleyball - Tampa Bay HEAT can't hold off East Lake

In Saturday's non-league match, the East Lake Eagles (Tarpon Springs, FL) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Tampa Bay HEAT (Brandon, FL), by a final score of 2-1.

The Eagles now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Countryside for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. East Lake will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 league win over Pinellas Park (Largo, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Tampa Bay HEAT drops to 10-2 on the campaign. The travel to Seffner Christian (Seffner, FL) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 4-1. Seffner Christian won 2-0 in their recent league match against Lakeland Christian (Lakeland, FL)
