In Saturday's league outing, the host Bennett Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Alameda Pirates.
The Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Lupton (Fort Lupton, CO). The Bluedevils enter the 3A/2A Frontier outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Fort Lupton tipped Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO), 5-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Manual Thunderbolts (Denver, CO) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 16. Alameda will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Thunderbolts come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Arvada (Arvada, CO).
