Hauser Jets (Hope, IN) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host Austin Eagles (Austin, IN), 7-1 in a non-league outing.

The Jets (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Southwestern (Shelbyville, IN). The Spartans go into the Mid-Hoosier outing with a 7-2 record.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Charlestown Pirates (Charlestown, IN) in a Mid-Southern outing, on Tuesday, September 16. Austin will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Pirates go into the outing with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Christian Academy (New Albany, IN).
