In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Beardstown Tigers soccer team scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Springfield Southeast Spartans.
With the triumph, Beardstown moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL) to clash with the Titans in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Titans come into the test with a record of 3-7. Monmouth-Roseville won 6-1 in their recent league test against Princeton (Princeton, IL)
The Spartans now sport a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pleasant Plains for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Springfield Southeast will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lincolnwood/Morrisonville/Nokomis (Raymond, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-4.
