The Musselman Applemen soccer squad scored 9 points and held the host Boonsboro Warriors to 1 in the Applemen non-league triumph on Saturday.
Next, the Applemen face the Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV) in a Eastern Panhandle bout, on Tuesday, September 16. Musselman will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 4-2 league win over Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV).
With the loss, Boonsboro moves to 0-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, MD) to play the Railroaders in a Class 1A West II bout on Thursday, September 18. The Railroaders go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Brunswick lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Tuscarora (Frederick, MD)
