The Brookfield Central Lancers smashed the host Burlington Demons soccer team by a tally of 5-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wauwatosa West for a Greater Metro bout on Tuesday, September 16. Brookfield Central will play a Trojans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Augustine Prep (Milwaukee, WI). The Trojans record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Burlington moves to 1-6 on the year. The Demons travel to Waterford (Waterford, WI) to face the Wolverines in a Southern Lakes bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Waterford lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Shoreland Lutheran (Somers, WI)
