With the triumph, Lakeland moves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Mountain View (Kingsley, PA) to clash with the Eagles in a Lackawanna - Division II test on Tuesday, September 16. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 6-1.

The Chargers now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Montrose for a Lackawanna - Division III outing on Tuesday, September 16. Carbondale Area will confront a Meteors squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Meteors record now stands at 2-2.
