Illinois High School Soccer - Elmwood Park knocks off Illinois Math & Science Academy

In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Elmwood Park Tigers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels go into the Upstate Eight - East outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Ridgewood was overwhelmed by Elgin (Elgin, IL), 5-0, in a non-league test.
The Titans now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Earlville for a Little Ten test on Monday, September 15. Illinois Math & Science Academy will clash with a Red Raiders team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Princeton (Princeton, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-8.
