The Prospect Knights soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Niles West Wolves to 2 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Schaumburg for a Mid-Suburban - West bout on Tuesday, September 16. Prospect will play a Saxons squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 3-3.
The Wolves (3-3) will now prepare for their game against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, New Trier held off Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL), 5-0, in a non-league game.
