The Bloom Blazing Trojan topped the host Agricultural Science Cyclones volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Blazing Trojan confront the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Bloom will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Meteors go into the game with a 5-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL).

The Cyclones (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Taft (Chicago, IL). The Eagles go into the Chicago Public Super game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Taft was dropped by Lane Tech (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
