In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Aurora East Tomcats.

With the win, Lincoln-Way Central advances its record to 8-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 4-5. Plainfield North lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)

The Tomcats now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheaton Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Aurora East will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Parkview Christian Academy (Yorkville, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-3.
