In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Kingsley Stags volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Benzie Central Huskies.
The Stags (22-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Boyne City (Boyne City, MI). The Ramblers enter the non-league challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Boyne City beat Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Huskies meet the Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI) in a Northwest test, on Tuesday, September 16. Benzie Central will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Leland (Leland, MI).
