In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Granada Hills Charter Highlanders volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Bishop Diego Cardinals.

The Highlanders (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph beat Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moorpark for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13.
