In Saturday's non-league bout, the Brookfield Central Lancers (Brookfield, WI) volleyball team knocked off the host Waukesha South Blackshirts (Waukesha, WI), by a margin of 2-0.

The Lancers now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Nicolet for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Brookfield Central will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Homestead (Mequon, WI). The Knights record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Waukesha South falls to 1-10 on the year. The Blackshirts host Greendale (Greendale, WI) to battle the Panthers in a Woodland - West match on Tuesday, September 16.
