California High School Volleyball - Burroughs over Desert Christian

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Burroughs Burros volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Desert Christian Knights.

The Burros (19-3) will now prepare for their challenge against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens enter the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last test, California City gained a win over Boron (Boron, CA), 3-0, in a league test.

The Knights now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Desert Christian will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Excelsior Charter (Victorville, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-9.
