The Chapin Eagles were victorious over the host Union County Yellowjackets volleyball team by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles confront the First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders (Greenville, SC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 13. Chapin will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Crusaders enter the match with a 16-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Oakbrook Prep (Spartanburg, SC).
The Yellowjackets (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Centurions enter the AAA Region 3 bout with a 5-8 record. In their last bout, Broome fell by First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest (Greenville, SC), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
